Can someone please tell me how to get to Vanaheim tower.

I finished the game. I wanted to find the realm tear in vanaheim tower. However, despite repeated checks on the internet, I can NOT find any clear directions on how to get there???
Would someone point me to some directions or just give me some. (I know that I've been there during the campaign but for the life of me, I can't find it again.)

You can reach it from the cave in the lake that has a path to the right leading to the King's Hollow to take you to Konunsgard. To the left of the Kings' Hollow entrance is a dew and a dock.

Get off on the dock and climb up the wall all the way to the top which takes you to the Vanaheim tower which has the realm tear at the end.

You can get there by foot or by boat.
You can also find it using the M key.. and add it to your compass.
As you can see in that pic, the mountain is behind Vanaheim Tower.. or through that tower you can go to the Mountain Summit.
