Glitch/Bug on Buri's Storeroom

So i have completed the main story line and i was doing 100% in every area, but i found a bug on Buri's Storeroom. In order to open the nornir chest in that area, i have to use the giant wheel to open a passage for the boat go around the island. The problem is that the wheel is jammed, i cant roll dawn all the away to the end, so i'm unable to open the passage for the boat. Does someone got a fix to that bug, or i'm missing something?

There is a puzzle indeed, but i followed a guide to make sure i was doing it right, and the problem persist. I already finished the story so thats not the problem.

Can you turn the wheel at all or is it covered in those branches. If it is still covered in the branches then you need to clear them first by going onto the lower floor and shooting the red crystal with atreus's lightning arrows

Yes, I can turn the wheel, and I already removed the branches
