Yeah I'll take jaggies at native 4k over blurry, washed out TAA any day of the week.
But yeah, as I said before OP, just use your gpu's control panel and change iit.
There's dozens of us!

Edit: lol, Steam censors the link. The subreddit is "F" "u" "c" "k" "T" "A" "A".
But at least in my case, it turns screen space reflections into a bad flicker fest (bugged flashing colors).
And by design of the game, hair and some shadows flicker and are noisy, because they expect TAA to average their random pixel positions into "transparency".
