I would agree. People will tell you that Sony hasn't cared about this either...but they also said they would only have PSN requirement for multiplayer games only, yet...here we are.

It doesn't, but the way Sony has been acting about it being a requirement lately...i wouldn't hold it past them to retroactively add it to the older ports that originally didn't.

I see. Well, that takes care of that. I'm not getting Ragnarok because I don't want a PSN. If I already had one for this, then whatever, already have it, but I'm not risking the security since... How many times has PSN security been compromised?

I personally have no issue with a PSN account being needed. I have ubi, Battle net, epic games, paradox, and multiple other launchers. Doesn't really mean anytthing to me. Just make the game good.
