Is this game cap to 60 fps??

I recently bought a rx 6750 xt and I'm getting 60 stable fps, but no more, anyone knows why it can be? I have a Ryzen 7 1700 and a 500w psu, 24gb RAM 3200MHz

Turn vsync off, turn frame rate cap off, turn on full screen(So VSync isn't forced due to Windows 10 and up built in vsync).

I was getting 160fps which is where it felt it capped out at in-game for me. I have a 240Hz monitor so it wasn't because of that.

But no, there isn't a 60fps cap that's for sure.
