Out of question. The current state of emulating it requires a PC that can already max out GOW4 at 8k. And even then you get inferior experience due to removed effects like Bloom & Post processing, just to get it running with acceptable performance.
A native PC port will look and play amazing at 4k unlocked fps and will appeal more players to the franchise.

I beg of this. I would really like to play it natively on PC with Steam Functionality and on the go with a Steam Deck, i keep my PS3 because of this game and i don’t have a PS4 or a PS5 so the PS3 is my only way
Please steam i really want to play this game i will buy it immediately if it comes

Doesn't work that good. Also it is way too complicated.

Emulator won't replace the game. Besides nowadays is bad times for them. Check out the yuzu take down by Nintendo. Many might fell to the same axe.

You do realize Steam is just marketplace? It's Sony's decision to release GoW trilogy on steam. But judging by fact they do not release Uncharted Collection I doubt we will see it.
GoW Ragnarok - sure but old GoW - yeah doubt.

Yeah emulating has always striked me as a waste of time for anyone who isn't extremely desperate to play a game, and I mean EXTREMELY desperate. I've never been able to play any game from any emulator without mad problems. Last time I tried was in 2020 with a what was at the time a top of the line PC.

Maybe some people have had better experiences, but from my experience, you need to have a moderate to high knowledge of software to configure the settings, you need a tanky PC, usually a controller, a lot of time and patience, and also the will to endure bugs and visual glitches.

A native PC version of a game will be better, even the crappiest of PC ports are better than emulating.

Only one of those are correct. You just need a controller and a relatively decent pc depending on what you're emulating. It's not hard to use an emulating program. If you can use an options menu in games then you can use an emulator.
