If you honestly can't beat them even on easy difficulty, you need better equipment, and skills.
God I raged so much on these b****, one error and you are dead, and the fight last forever.
I must be very bad but it took me at least 50 tries I think, really curious how there is so many people with the valkyrie achievement (like 15% !?)
The combat in the 2018 GoW and Ragnarok is alright, it does its own thing and provides you with an impressive arsenal of moves and abilities that you can get really creative with. But I never felt like it was the main point of the game, rather a service to the plot - unlike the classics where combat was at the epicenter of each game along with the spectacle.
So yeah it's not so much that the Valkyries are unfair - they're hard but doable, but I just didn't find any incentive in beating them having completed the story.
If you have not experienced the absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that are some Ninja Gaiden bosses in Ninja Gaiden black/sigma you have experienced nothing. That game makes it literal RNG whether an attack will hit or miss a boss and on Master Ninja Difficulty that can is grueling.
The's valkyries are at least consistent in their behavior. There are couple challenges that I almost lost my sanity trying to beat.
This ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ haunts me still:
