Is there a fix for stuttering/ skipping issue?
This game stutters and skips around so bad it is not playable. Ive seen some others having issues but no concrete solutions.
for reference
Windows 11 Home
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz
16.0 GB ram
Geforce RTX 3060 TI 8GB

any help would be apprecirated. had some bad luck lately with games not working right

I turned off the Vsync and then capped the FPS to 60 and seems to run smoother now. not perfect but playable. Thanks for the suggestion!

It stuttered for me. I noticed my HDD was reading at 150MB/s so moved it to an SSD... not a single stutter after that. I got more FPS too.

Very very late to the party, but if anyone stumbles across this thread or the OP (somehow) didn't find a fix:

IF YOU HAVE AN NVIDIA GPU, TURN OFF "INSTANT REPLAY" FROM THE SHADOWPLAY OVERLAY MENU

Now I don't know if Shadowplay also needs to be disabled as a whole, your mileage may vary, but this is what fixed it for me before trying to do other complex troubleshooting.

you dont get more fps because you use a SSD. It's fake news.

SSD just helps with loading, It doesn't increase FPS, That is down to the GPU and in a small way the CPU.
