Talon bow level 3 max?
Ive read that the Talon bow can be upgraded to level 6, but after level 3 I don't have any upgrade options and I'm pretty far in the game (Level 8, finished main story, everything upgraded, etc.). Any ideas?

I've done all of that already, but still can't move past level 3 for the bow
