Mark of the dwarves

Howdy,

Not a big deal, but received the "mark of the dwarves" resource from Sindri (magical brush animation on the axe). While it states it gives +4 runic in the description, my stats page (which was 0 runic before receiving the boon) now shows 3 runic, not 4. In the grand schemes of things, 1 runic isn't going to be a big difference, but either the description is wrong or the bonus is bugged.

Allright, good to know. It's not like it's a game breaking bug or anything, but it did tickle my OCD nerve.

It's totally fine and nobody cares about a single digit loss of stats. Early game skills are more useful than a couple dozen points of stats while in mid to late game you can easily push stat into over 100 or even over 200 points territory. The game's stat point 'economy' simply doesn't care about a single digit or two and it's up to late game and NG+ you should start considering upper bounds of each stats and balancing of those

Well I certainly do! Not because of the loss of one point, but the principle… The game is giving me inaccurate information for no reason, and I literally can’t trust it now

Apparently this bug has been going on for at least 5 years now… Where are the devs?
