Although not familiar with this topic, I find Kratos more intimidating in this game than the previous games. His beard makes him look more menacing for some reason, and I like it.

Kratos is probably in his 50's. He was in his 20's in the OG God of War.

Kratos is technically a "demigod". Then again in real life mythology, gods just age or die whenever.
