To be fair Horizon: Zero Dawn was at launch on PC a very bad port. It took 6 months for it to get fixed.
Days Gone was a good port.
And God of War from reports is the best port from Sony yet to date.
What's your source for these findings? Because I been looking at reviews and they say even modest hardware can run this title well.

Are you on Nvidia & updated driver? They just released one today & I had no issues playing through the first boss fight on High settings (GTX 1070). You using Nvidia Reflex also or no?
Thats pretty strange. My son bought the game and he is playing it using Windows 11 using DLSS quality. I might buy it for myself as he says he doesn't really get any stuttering on his system.
