Shock/magic arrow and Chisel doesnt carry over to NG+
Like blades of chaos, Atreus's shock arrow & chisel should have been unlocked from the start of NG+. would have been nice to reach these areas from the start. i'm wondering what could be the reason for not carrying these over to NG+?

I guess they're tied to story progression, like the ability to use the Winds of Hel

I didn't play NG+ but If loot's carried over then there's no reason to backtrack again anyway.

Obviously I would think it's so you can't break the game and access areas early. These skills are tied to story progression.

They are a major part of the plot, so it makes sense for them to not be available
