How To Delete Game Saves (?)

So I manually saved a bit too many times and now I have this unnecessary huge list. Can't find any option to delete them. Tried deleting the local save files (C/Users/USER/Saved Games/God of War/NUMBER/) but they just get re-synced since I believe the game saves are backed up to Steam's Cloud too. Any pointers? Thanks!

Save slots galore

For the love of god, can you please add an option to remove save slots? I don't need 20 save slots. It looks so ugly, so confusing scrolling through 20 save slots. I prefer to have a clean save file with just 1 main slot and the CHOICE to add/remove slots.

I would have prefer an option to rename save slots

just overwrite the same profile and stop creating new ones.. problem solved. no need to OCD over something so trivial..

I know, I know, but SO MANY games have the option to remove save slots. It's just nice to have that.

it's same issue with visual novels, where is no real branching plot but yet they let pleyer have ove9000 save slots.

The ability to delete game saves that exist in slots that you've saved in, yes.

The ability to delete slots that are built into the game by default, no...that's why I asked for an example.
