depeneds how you play i love the ice been so i build around the duration ice dmg cooldown reset

Is there anyway to get both or is it one pick only? I have the option to build them but haven't decided on either of them yet.

I'm not sure but I think you can pick only one.

You can get both. You use the 3 ingredients to make one set and buy the other set with hacksilver.
