Sinmara's Cinder - quick Question

Does this work on Valkyries? Got a few more to go and was wondering.

It will probably do damage but not interrupt their attacks or increase the limited amount of time they can be staggered. Maxed Kvasir is the one to go in a non NG+ play.

Talisman of Realms once obtained is what you want... but on NG+, you can use that along with Kvasir converted to an enchantment gives you lot more realm shifting trigger situations
