[bugs] game end/bamboo issue and menu bug

Just finished the last level and experienced the following -

- I reached all animals and all optional goals, built the ship, and all seeds. In reaching all the goals I burned a bamboo area to raise temps.

- I then built another bamboo building and then tried to undo the bamboo building which caused me to lose the bamboo but keep the building

- I didn't realize this was an issue and went on to get 100% recycling, only to then see that I was unable to finish the level. I then realized my animals were 6/6 but not checked.

- I figured maybe something was glitchy because the bamboo location for the panda was gone and the new bamboo location was bugged after I couldn't undo it, I exited the game and re-entered it and all my animal progress was lost. I had to rebuild the scanning building and rescan the animals, unable to get the panda, and got 5/6 animals and was able to take off with the ship, the level ended and then saved me as getting 6/6 animals.

besides all that absolutely LOOOOVE this game and am excited to try the alternate versions of the levels - amazing job!!

also - I consistently had a menu bug where one build option would constantly highlight and lock out everything else, I had this bug probly a few dozen times and would have to spam the escape button over and over to eventually reset it
