[Bug] Cannot recall satellite

Go to the upper right and click the orange icon for the satellite. For some reason it's inconsistent with how you click the icon for scanning animals. The satellite icon brings up a menu you use to ping throughout your four biomes to gather seeds. Gather them all and you can recall it.

You need to click the seed/leaf button next to the progress circle to access the satellite mini game where you load up seeds for the seed bank.
Once you collected all the seeds you get a recall satellite button which brings the satellite down for collection.

Might need to restart phase. Spent a few minutes trying to fix this same issue and i cant figure it out. Replaced the satellite and that didnt fix. Tried to re scan for seeds and that didnt help either.

Restarting didnt help for me either... For some reason it saved my progress for the seed vault and even after getting to the part where you need to recall the satellite i do not unlock the button...

Collected all the seeds and I am still not getting the unlock button. Tried recycling the building and rebuilding. Also, restarted the game.

Restarting the game fixed it for me. Shut down my pc and did some stuff for a few hours and when i rebooted the game it said i need to finish collecting seeds from a river valley biome again.

This happened to me and I fixed it by finishing my rocket completely before scanning for seeds. Good luck!

Come to think of it, I had also completed every rocket step except the final, then scanned for seeds, and it worked.

Also getting this issue. I have no other rocket options available to build and the orange seed icon that initially appeared next to the progress circle vanished at some point while I was working on animals and recycling.
Closing and re=opening game did not fix, and for some reason it reset all my animal placements when I did so.

OK, so I've restarted the phase and the button returned. I'm not sure why the button disappeared the first time, although when I first got the seed book and the interface showed up, it was blank and didn't respond. A such, I assumed that I wasn't ready to do it yet as I hadn't cleaned up everything and decided to come back to it. I closed out the interface and went on with other things. I think this may be where I lost the scanner button next to the progress wheel and thus got soft-locked.
I'm not sure what happened with other people to get this bug, but this is a bug that needs to be addressed.

So idk if this is a cure all, but when this happened to me I noticed that it said "seeds reclaimed 99%" so even though I had a check mark on each biome seed, I just started randomly clicking around on the scanner and eventually the "recall satellite" button showed up.
