Cath 22 bug? How to get Ashy Nutrients for the Arboretum?

I am playing the first tutorial misson on gardener difficulty. And am stuck to this process:

• To unlock the Arboretum you need Ashy Nutrients
  
• To get Ashy Nutrients you need to use the Dessicator
  
• To unlock the Dessicator you need the Arboretum

Is there any work around to get Ashy Nutrients before an Dessicator?

Could you add a screenshot? There should be everything you need on the map.

Check to see if you have the dehydration tool, it will create dry grass that you can light.

I'm not sure if you get that in the tutorial or not. I'm a bit past that.

I suppose the dessicator is the second building that was used to start fires in the demo? If so it's been removed.
To get ashy nutrients you only need the solar amplifier, which is unlocked by getting Fynbos with behives. Once the solar amplifier is placed near fynbos, click it to activate its ability, then click on the fynbos in range to target them and set them on fire.
