"What The Facts" trailer says 4-6 hours...?
Fingers crossed there's replayability to it, beyond the 4-6 hours.

Been following this game for a long time, though I'll be waiting to see initial reviews around playtime before buying as you can't really find any insight from the developer. No replies on their Twitter regarding the topic either. Never been so nervous about a launch since Cyberpunk lol.

Optimistically hoping for replayability like in Mini Motorways and Dorf Romantik. Let's go!

From a reviewer on Reddit:

"Around 5 hours is correct, I played it for review and that's exactly how long it took me. However, each level has an "alternate" version that's a bit trickier and can definitely add another 4-5 hours."
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

This makes me more optimistic, thank you for sharing Aeywoo!

Just to add that procedurally generated landscapes mean that no two playthroughs of Terra Nil will ever be the same.

Procedural generation does not mean the game cant get repetitive and/or boring.

I still think the game is nice looking and has a chill vibe to it and I will prob get it. But I don't expect i'll squeeze more than 8-10 hrs out of it. :dno_horseman:

To be fair, pretty much any activity can get repititve/boring.

If so, why did you implemented a progressionbar. If its 100%, its 100%. Thats the reason why i pass on this. I hoped for a challengemode or something.

Oh god, only 5 hours? The same person will go spend $20 at a movie theater for an hour and a half of entertainment without whining about the "replayability" of the film they just watched. A solid, entertaining single experience is worth a couple of bucks without it having to endlessly entertain you for hundreds of hours.

No need to be a douche. Most puzzle games offer a ton of replayability for less $ - it’s a valid question.
yea I'm refunding mine tbh, not only was it not as fun as I was expecting (just pissed me off tbh) but 20 quid for five ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hours lmao

Each map has a harder version.

$25 for 5 hours isn't all that bad but I was certainly hoping for a bit more replay value. Procedurally generated maps isn't it. I wish developers with an actual budget and bigger teams would develop games like these but I understand they're too niche to invest in.
