So this game abandon?

Just did some basic looking around and the project looks completely abandon, any official words from the dev or anything?

As of 1/11/22 I had a conversation with Ziggy The Dev. He still responds on Discord for the game if you have questions from my interactions. I doubt they would abandon it if they're still responding on discord

but has he shown any progress? I have seen other cases where a game dev still pretends to work on a game despite having no real interest to finish the project just to rake in monthly revenue from things like Patreon.

Pretty sure the "Dev" is just showing himself so people will keep giving him money. Everything you see in the game is nothing but an assit flip you can patch together in a week in your free time. Nothing happened with the game in the last few months and it`s making false promises, "selling" keys via patreon and not steam so they don`t have any responsibilities to keep thewir promises.

it comes from his patreon stuff where you can also get an alpha access key to the game

[STK]happyman0073 your a discussing human being it takes time and money to make games its like when people go on sharktank those products are demos to show people what it could be if they invest in there protect so then that they have the funds to keep working to get there product out there.I get this is a game but still the dude created a short demo to show people what it could be to get the money to keep working on the game.plus you have to remember game devs are humans to they need to pay rent and be able to put food on there tables.and also yes keys via patreon he didn't know that he had a limit and if you look know he is refunding the purchases and removed the 4 buck patron

With refund he meant that he`ll make a new game instance and just hand out the keys again, that`s exactly what he did.
Ofc it is normal that game development takes a while and obviously devs need money to cover their living costs. If you make a game and even already released an alpha for it, you usually keep the community updated about progress though. This has not happened in any way. All we got was a loveless unreal asset flip that was created with like 100 bucks in third party assets and a couple of hours work, everything just taped together ♥♥♥♥ to mimic a game for long enough to have something to show. Apart from that, there was no more word about any progress or anything like that, the "Dev" hasn`t even been active HERE for <1 year (if ever?).
What about the key limit? Nobody got any money back. He just tripped over his cheap "Closed Alpha" ploy he is using to avoid liability and his "game" getting nuked by the obvious mass of bad reviews that would come if you could actually review the game.
There is no content, there is also no content coming. Wake the ♥♥♥♥ up. This "game" is some generic assets propped up with spit, toothpicks and chewing gum.
I could make something many times more expansive in >1 week and I`m not a game dev.

To the guy who made the post it is still being worked on

Seven months too late, I am a bit skeptical on kickstarters I have seen more devs just take the money and run on that site vs actually following through and releasing a half decent game.
