(Spoilers) Memory Fragments

I'm currently at postgame with 8 Fragments, the new NPC at Rain City mentioned I need 9 to reach the apex but I can't seem to find the final one. Got the ones from the three palaces, segment base, memory meadow, memory lake, rain city (DEUS) and i think the 8th was from peripheral cliffs but I'm not sure anymore
Is there a hidden Fragment that I'm missing or a full list of fragments?

hidden tournament in Rain City if you haven't started it, and then complete the quest given to you by Ralyka

I did the tournament and Ralyka left the place, one of the NPCs mentioned he went off to the Snowfields but I can't seem to figure out where
Was he supposed to give me a quest directly after the tournament?

Still looking for that final fragment as well as entry #38 in the recruit dex (between Hide and Gawain)
I'm unsure if my savegame bugged out or if i suffered a fatal IQ drop and am unable to find something obvious

Sounds like you still need to participate in the second secret tournament, I'd suggest looking around in the direction of snowfields as the npc mentioned,

The 5 most bottom right cards of the recruitment dex are all main story related if you're in the postgame you probably just need to talk to the NPC in question now that you've gotten that far.

Any hint on where at the snowfields? I'm roaming around the are, re-entered Frozen Ponds, Factory, Ice Palace and North Bridge and talked to every NPC I could come across
Skimmed through Access Tundra as well for good measure

Oh I see, which one of them is it though? As far as the mainquest NPCs go I talked to everyone that was available. Null would come to mind but I have no clue where to find him

You can find the hidden tournament in the ice palace, behind an iron door Also I checked ingame and I was wrong about #38, it's actually related to the hidden tournament and not the main storyline so you're well on your way ;)
