is there a sandbox mode or a option where everything is unlocked? love the artstyle

If there is, it's just not fun. For example if I expand emporium into 35*15, and not 25*25, can I change it later? If I sell all Lunar Reapers is it forever gone? It has a huge impact on me enjoying game, if I can botch my save forever, that's huge turn-off. If I can't have everything in the end. I just bought this game and I love but it has a huge flaw with scaling. Right now bigger = MORE WORK, whether store or farm or factory. Management games are not intended to be Starcraft level of constant micromangement, with a barely medium sized emporium I'm having to manually restock everything every 3mins and the rest of the time harvest the farm or factory.
