Oh boy once you know, exploration becomes a lot easier

it targets upgrades and secrets, but all it does is tell you how close you are
actually getting to them is your job

did wish you could plonk it on a utility belt or smth. i don't mind carrying it the way you do, but having to drop it to mess with something else can get tedious at times

It's better than nothing. Some features are just added for funsies in the last minute, props like these are simple, useful and fun to add!

We also like the idea of every level having 1 of these, it adds something fun to seek out for without being mandatory

oh no i'm not complaining, just nitpicking. i love the damn thing. of course, just because it can lead me to what i'm searching for, doesn't mean that it can't infuriate me when i still can't see what I'm looking for. (looking at you exodus mall secrets!!!)

Are there multiple ones scattered across the game if I decide to leave it behind?
LSWraith Jun 1, 2024 @ 1:58pm
yeah there's a few, but they can be hidden themselves

unfortunately, while you can bring them between levels, you can't bring them onto the tram

*At least* one in every level.

Nice!

I feel like Ripley from the Alien franchise or Partrick Star when I carry it around lol

That meter is a great idea, but it needs some better integration, like a possibility to attach it to the battle suit instead of having to hold it all the time without being able to do anything else with your hands.

Just having it function the same way the Geiger counter in the Ashes TC does would be highly satisfactory.

Is there any difference between the standard one and the MK 2?
