Iron Ore

Hello,

A small problem to report: I cannot create an "iron ore", however, I have the necessary resources.
Is this a bug in the game?

If you mean iron ingot, you should be able to create it in the Furnace. Iron ores can be found in caves, mostly, but sometimes you can find it in normal stones while mining.
