How can I recover my file after update?

After update I only have options for new games then on to "Children of the Ocean..." or "Secret of the Island..." lost my 30+ hours

After updating the game to the latest version, my saved games were deleted. Congratulations.

I had this same issue. A combination of ticking and unticking the DLC checkbox in the save selection page and restarting the game made my save come up again,

And then I decided to start again with the new story anyway...

Hey there,

We are checking this issue and sorry for the trouble.
Be sure that your saves are still there (we have a backup folder where the files are saved). Somehow, the files are not loading. We are checking this issue asap.

Please, simply tick and untick the Use DLC saves and your saves will appear in the list again. Do not worry, they are safe and nothing criminal has happened with it.

Ah good I'm glad it's a pretty simple fix. I wasn't far into the game, but it still would have sucked to restart again. Also, I'm looking super forward to yalls new game!

Check box where? I see no check box in the main menu and none in the settings tabs - I am about to refund this game as I cannot find/load a save.

The check box can be found after selecting one of the stories (left side legacy or right side new story). You will then be brought to select your save files. You will see ‘Use DLC save’ check mark at the bottom left. Turn this on or off and you will be good to go.
