where to find mecincal items and eletric items

ive looked all over online and i cannot find out where to find them pats help please

For medicinal items you need "medicinal leafs" and flowers to create healing items. Different potions take different colored flowers. The leafs are found from the larger plants you can cut down. The potions are made on your stove.

You need to build an "electronics table" to make various electrical, mechanical, batteries and wiring. You need it to make repair kits for your boat as well. You use those to make various items. It is essential in building almost everything.

Pressing "B" on your keyboard will bring up the build menu.
