Is this able to use in this current update or haven't release yet?

It is released, yes. You can craft it in the Ancient Machine, which is hidden in a cave.

i already figured it out. completed the whole story. :)

Where are you supposed to use the keys? I tried using them in the Miner's Cave but it doesn't seem to do anything. Do they just grant you access to the Island of Six cave? I already completed the main quest and am just wondering if they are actually supposed to be consumed anywhere.

You don't actually use it, when you craft, you will complete part of the quest (the main story). You don't need to actually use it (consume) for now.

What do I do after I get the Key of Elements? I went to the Island of Six and there are still 3 cones in front of the bridge.

If playing single player, have you given the 3 books to the town Elder yet? Not sure if MP has that same storyline with the Elder but in SP the Elder's quest might also need to be completed before you can gain entrance to the Island of Six. I completed the Elder's quest before crafting the Key of Elements so hoping maybe that is why you are still seeing construction cones in front of the bridge. If you're playing multiplayer, someone who has played MP will stop by and help.

On MP the story quest gets a bit strange. you dont get the 3 books quest and dont need to build the key to get to end of story.. on MP its even more poor story :D
