Problem with the Water Bottle

I got that Problem after refilling the water... the bottle disappears and is now in the head field of the character and if i want to fill up an empty bottle, it disappears after the refilling. i cant remove the bottle from the head field.

Sorry, what do you mean by head field?
Empty bottles will disappear after will refill them, but it will create a bottle full of water for you.

Hi, in the middle of the inventory screen, where u can can equip new backpacks, boots, shorts etc. the first icon is for the head maybe for a cap or helm. in this field there is my filled water bottle and if i fill an empty bottle it wont refill. the refilled bottle disappears.

I have this with salad since lastest patch. When i take basic salad from the stove it disappears and ends up in the headslot of inventory.
