How do I 100% the dungeon?

I've explored every nook and cranny of it, but can't seem to find how to fully complete it. I have:
1. Killed the Not a Monster
2. Cleared the Colleseum, looting both ending chests (I did this 3 times to ensure every path was cleared once)
3. Killed the dude hiding in the ice cage
4. Collected all duckies
5. Fully explored the map, both the secret lab extension and the Dungeon proper.
6. All story things around the dungeon.
7. Found all secret rooms that you can walk into (I literally rammed my face into every wall to check)
8. Looted all chests associated with everything above.

The only interactable things left are the noose (The hangman interaction), the chalk outline (The hopscotch interaction), and the banners (the "I'm wearing the same thing as my portrait interaction). Unless it's tied to post-game, requires not to cheat the torch puzzle, or a bug, then idk how to clear it.

Did you beat the coliseum also? If that so maybe it's a bug, try restarting the game and see if the 100% seal appears, if not, let me know and we will check it!

Just restarted and I got the last 100%. Thanks. Now I can beat the final boss knowing I will have fully 100% completed the game... Unless the final battle doesn't get me the last mystery achievement.

No worries, you can go back to the game after beating the final boss if you want or need to complete anything else.

展柜里的第一只鸭子，以及一个奖章，其他地图都已经100%，唯有露台没有100%，但我仔细搜索还是没有头绪

Same here. I have the Cartographer achievement for all areas, yet I'm lacking four ducks.
