how do you fight surge the vibrant amethyst

pls help its the last element i need to upgrade and i roughly know she/he is in the area where you unlock earth but i dont know how to flick the lever to get to her/him

Hey Galaxy Gamer! You can access that area through a secret entrance.

You'll need to go to the Lab's restroom, then to the left until you find the stairs that get you to a separated part of the dungeon, there you'll have 2 entrances, one that opens with earth and connects to the armory and the other that is a fake wall that can be opened by using void, that will take you to the place where Surge is.
