Rare Weapons specific character order?

I've missed 3 weapons so far (haven't done every weapon), I was able to get other weapons by going back and s ranking the specific condition I missed, while the weapons I am having a problem with didn't pop up even when I s ranked everything the first time around, was too lazy to try to go back and s rank as the prior character again but I will give it a try right now.

Example: for twin blades I S ranked everything as Ieyasu, than I S ranked everything as Shikanosuke but I didn't get the weapon, will be going back and trying to S rank as ieyasu again to test.

Example 2: Other weapons I S-ranked 3/4 conditions, went back to just focus on s-ranking "time" which I missed before, received the weapon right after.

just went back for the twin blades and got it, has anyone gotten the twin blades from doing ieyasu first than Shikanosuke? or did you do it the other way around? I also had trouble getting the naginata and talisman so I will need to check out if I just need to s-rank the first character again.

Now I went back and did Sena, before you ask if I really s-ranked her originally I actually s-ranked everything except time, than I re-did her to s-rank time again so I went through her twice for those s-ranks. After doing Hideyoshi's mission and not getting the naginata I went and did her again like I did for Ieyasu and even though I only s-ranked 3 things I still got the weapon in the end. I still have to go back and do the talisman so I'll just do the mission right quick without trying to s-rank anything and see if I just get the weapon as oichi.

edit: had an overall a-rank did not work, had an interm save so I just ended up s-ranking everything right at the end, was going to test if getting an overall s-rank would net me the weapon but I spammed the confirm button too fast and just went past it and lost the save haha
