Sengoku Basara 4 Sumeragi much better

1. not enough girls
2. attack sound is bad
3, feels like hitting air

Sengoku Basara is a Capcom gane, hence it has far, FAR better gameplay than anything Koei could come up in even 100 years.

Sengoku Basara 4: Sumeragi is by far the best Musou game ever made. The only thing that might turn off people is that compared to Koei games, Basara games are goofier and more lighthearted.

But that gameplay has that Capcom polish with most characters having depth similar to Devil May Cry.

You're not wrong. The fact that Capcom hasn't ported it is criminal. You could buy a physical PS3 disc and get it English patched for emulation if you know what you're doing, but even that's a crapshoot since RPCS3 doesn't play nice with it (randomly softlocks - sometimes immediately, other times after long stretches of gameplay). Honestly, if there was a port of Basara 4S with the Yukimura-den versions of Masamune and Yukimura as bonus characters, I'd be happy with just playing that as my Musou of choice. But that's a pipe dream.

basara is great but SW5 is not that bad either, it's a step in the right direction.
