Any one got black screen cut scene?

So i met the issue of the game i can't see any cut scene it's show me black screen

I dont own the pc version so I cant say for sure but maybe they've done the cutscenes as video files and if that's the case you may not have the required/updated codec try downloading "K-Lite Codec Pack"

i try to install the codec but it's doesn't work i still got black sceen when the stage cut scene play . anyway thank you for you answer

Which resolution do you play the game as it could be a resolution mismatch between the game and video cutscene it could be failing to transition between the two

Another thing to ask if that isn’t the issue do you still get sound and subtitles but no video

i play at 1920 * 1080 resolution and i don't get sound and subtitle it's just a black screen

Hm it should of updated automatically before you started the game but if for some reason it hasn’t then the next thing to try is updating DirectX

solution is solve by play at 1600*900 and not full screen to play the cut scene other wise i will get black screen
