Freezing issues?

[CG That's Me]

I have tried to play this game twice now, and each time it ends up freezing. The first time there was no music or sound, the second time the music and sounds were there, but I could not click on anything. Both times I had to use task manager to quit the game. My PC meets all requirements, so any help would be appreciated!
