The OP means some dialog descriptions are just wrong or misleading, like Clark's Spy.
off-topic, I'm working "in the background" on a "Special Actions Videopedia" guide, with the concept of an edited video compilation showing every Special Action in action in various situations, and some play tips from me. Alas, doing the videos - even with the cool new Steam recording/clips feature - is a gigantic time sink pain in the bleep, and there are just too many Special Actions. :)
I've already done that, but there are still no explanations for some trophies as to what you have to do to get them.

Though it doesn't mention "x is bugged" or something. I haven't tried Spy yet.
Edit: As others said, some are misleading, and TheGamer guide needs fixing.
* To unlock a character's epilogue, their stories must be watched (you can manually watch them at the base), then you must do the true ending (defeat all mini bosses) with them in the party. You can unlock 3 epilogues at a time, this means a minimum of 3 full runs for the total of 9 characters.
* My Own Little Army: Easier if you use Nanoshroud on a teammate using a weapon with 4+ tiles, grab an AoE upgrade, and have a teammate who can reposition enemies.
* Secret Service: Use Clark's Stargazer to chuck either Eri + Explosive Jump or Fio's Nudge.
* Spy: Use the Iron Lizard to move a 4-6 hp enemy to a tile between two mines (single mine will NOT work). I farmed for so long, it does not seem to work with other skills. Reference: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1590760/discussions/0/4633736292852643258/
* Security Office; I tried two turns in a row. It popped when a mind controlled enemy got blown up by the guy he just killed who had Sticky Bomb on from Flying Kamikaze.
Edit: Patch 1.0.2 says it fixed the Spy achievement.
Thank You
