To me part of the joy of the game is doing run throughs with different trios and learning all the cool ways they can work together.
I'm quietly working on a videopedia game guide about the various special abilities. I think it helps to see video clip compilations of a few different ways each can be used. :) And it's more helpful than the game's brief text description and "Tetris" block pattern diagram.
...Or just screw synergy and have Ralf go absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on them fools. This is also an option and a viable strategy.
