I just played though a run and used 'Jump into Action' 6 times just for the sake of the criteria. I got nothing.
How did you do it? I have Eri and Clark on my team and had Clark use his jump into action ability and got nothing.
Nevermind, Just got it with Trevor using Shinobi.
Edit: Jump Into Action, straight 10 tiles of flat ground doesn't do it.
Judging by two comments, do we need TWO characters to move 10 tiles on the same turn?
