Not only steam, if they made one good engine to run the Arcade roms, you could throw them on to the Xbox, PS5 and possibly Switch.

i had one on the Wii. now they usually sell the games solo because of digital stores being the norm, and they have no real reason to group them

If they could get the license to make a tactics game, there's no reason why they can't get the license for a collection.
Mobile games and game collections aren't mutually exclusive. They don't need to pick one or the other, they can have both. It's money on top of money.

No no I'm not saying they can't, I am saying they won't :/ the last thing they tried to make was that micro transaction hell mobile game, and this isn't far off. They want novel ways to take your money that's easy to make lol I am very much with you man, I am still waiting for the collection to perhaps come on steam but I don't think it will ever happen :'( ontop of this, the ones we do have though it's nice are an absolute mess, especially the first one. lots of frame rate drops, sound effects not playing properly, the music not playing right and tripping over itself... to someone who wasted FAR too much money in the arcades on it, it's like nails on a chalkboard lol

It is so weird that every console in existence has a MS Anthology with 1-6, yet PC has ♥♥♥♥ ports of 1-3. We have a decent version of XX, but where are the rest? Incredibly surprised that after all these years, we are still missing so many MS games on Steam.
