GPU Utilization

Anyone else having FPS issues? I'm getting in the 30's and 40's on a RTX 3090. Game is also causing my GPU to run warmer than normal (80c). I've under volted and under clocked my GPU to keep the heat down a little bit extra. I have also set my GPU to max and I've switched the game to lowest graphic settings in the hopes that I can test further.

EDIT: Shouldn't have mentioned temp. 80c is not problematic for the 3090. Only recently got this GPU and still getting a feel for how it runs. Though the FPS issue is still rough. I played a bit of Cyber 2077 this last weekend. Got 80c running 4k at ~50+ FPS. Didn't under volt and probably won't again for AS.

Didn't look at the usage but I have a 3070 that runs every game at Max no problem, but Above Snakes is supper laggy for me :/

I'm thinking it might be a CPU bottleneck.
