Are they in the game, if so where can one find them? Also what is the best way to farm gold ore? Thanks

You can find them in barrels, or later, when you have a mine running, they have a rare chance to spawn there. For gold ore, or silver ore, the longer the tracks of the mine are, the higher it seems, the chance is to find rare ore.

How many rounds they mine for 1 payment of muffins ? Cos each time after I tell them to work, and later go to the end of the mine, there are nothing. I only manage to get 3 rocks when I stay at the end of the track, if I am not there when the cart moves, I get nothing when go there to check.
Edit: I've completed the story, just waiting for 1 gold? to unlock the the last "locked" Anvil crafting.
