How do I craft 'Wire'?

There are several locked options for crafting. I am already near the end and need to upgrade my workbench to level 6. Can someone please tell me where I should look?

Ive not seen the ability to craft it but found 2 separate wires on the floor in Corpse Creek areas around power lines.

You can either pick it up on the ground (next to some utility pole around Corpse Creek, or buy it off warehouse vendor (20 or 30 per unit, should be affordable if you are already at Corpse Creek biome)

Strange to not be able to craft it, hope that gets fixed. But thanks, will look out for those wires in the wild I guess.
