How long is it?

Hi, I watched some play testing on YouTube and they said there was no challenge whatsoever and they were 33% done with 3 hours playtime.

What is the running length of the game to completion? It seems this isn't going to have much replay value and 25 seems a bit steep, as SV was 15 bucks. Is there going to be dlc?

Anyways I'll keep my eyes on it for the inevitable discount.

Most people seem to need about 20 hours to complete the campaign. You can play and survive in the sandbox for as long as you want of course. The game does not end after the campaign is completed and there are several tricky achievements that can be hunted.

Thanks for the reply, been playing the demo and it's pretty fun but not really challenging in a survival way. It's very chill, I'm tempted but I've got so many games backlogged I've only been buying very cheap stuff 😅 on deep sales. But I'm still debating because I'm assuming combat gets harder and the world building aspect is cool, and it runs ace on the steamdeck.

If you follow youtuber players who want to finish the games as quickly as possible, you might as well not play because there is no point in finishing the game as quickly as possible & no pleasure in playing it...
