And this is a problem. either resources a finite . naturally regrow in some cases, but logging out should not enable ressource respawn.
On the contrary, having a lake a disposal and not being able to gather more water is also a problem and can die quickly of thirst...
The lakeside swirls only give a single water every two days and the thirst meter goes down faster than that. Lakes themselves seem to be there for future content so what I did was place a couple of lakesides to make a pond closer to my cabin and let the meter drop more than I normally would in a treepuncher.
There is a well from the t3 bench but that only gave one water and by that point I'd run the demos content so didn't sleep and see if it was once per day.
Berry cobbler is not sustainable long term with how many berries it needs and how many you get. I don't know the regrowth timer on berry bushes, but i ran out of berries quickly enough to die of thirst. It also does not replenish enough water that you will end up thirsty every morning.
Water must be gatherable from the lake / rain and should be boiled as a trade off.
obviously it isa game in the making but they will have to think of long term sustainability of all resources.
