CPU on fire

My pc :
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor 3.60 GHz
RAM 64gb
Windows 10 Pro
8 coolers
RTX 2070S graphics card
And I have a heating problem crazy when working with the cards, up to 95 degrees in 12 minutes. On the second pc is simpler card and processor and there heating goes less.
Has anyone faced this problem, what solution can you suggest?
