the voice overs will be exclusive to that version of the game. I can only hope that they'll update the pc versions of the games but I don't think that will happen

and hopefully in FREAKING ENGLISH? for us english speakers? sorry but i get so annoyed hearing japanese voices in a game that is localized but we cant get english voices in english countries? i dont care if they arent great voices if the japanese can have VA work done for it why cant other languages? it actually is a little bit of a middle finger to those of us with reading trouble like dislexia or visual issues

While Steam isn't getting it, the currently JP and SEA exclusive BMZ Trilogy will have it as will the Limited Run Games release of BMZ3, for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.

And as others have mentioned above, they're touted to be exclusive features of these specific releases, so it's unlikely for other platforms as well as the digital versions to receive them down the line.

Well, that kinda requires the time, effort and budget. Not a lot of Inti Creates games receive an English dub, if at all.
