Missing Two Black Sun Pieces (DLC)

I've been in all of the portals but only found one of the pieces in one of them. The second I found was being worshiped by a trio of cultists in the mine, but that's it. I've killed every enemy on the map and so I'm just running around now trying to find where they are. I've gone in the other portals multiple times now, but again, I'm not seeing a bright purple glow or simply finding the pieces themselves. I don't know what to do.

You're right on track, there's another piece in the second level of the mine in a mine cart (the mine itself has a total of three levels, you can access those by going further down with the lever). I suppose the third level will have another one, but I haven't been there yet.

Were you able to open the portal with 4 pieces? I have all 4 but it does nothing.

Yes.

I was able to open the portal and enter it, but it might have been a mistake, since I haven't found any blood for the ultimate weapon... Wasn't sure which secret cave was the one mentioned by the ghost.

EDIT: It's possible to defeat the boss without the ultimate weapon, in case anybody else is in the same situation :)

This is funny, because I am in the opposite situation, I have collected all the weapons, completed all the quests, but not able to enter the portal ;D. Looks like this DLC requires a patch or two.

They told, that patch is coming soon, also they've fixed my save so that I was able to finish the game. One of the best dev teams I've ever seen.

I'm having the same issue --- all 4 pieces and portal won't open. Only option is "Leave".

- mine 2nd floor of 3
- mine 3rd floor of 3
- portal near the rotten skeleton

- exit to the main menu and load the save again
- check the presence of all 4 fragments, if you show a screenshot with the presence of all fragments, then the problem may be in an unknown bug or maybe a dialogue that was skipped.
