Bioshock 1 & 2
Also, Gloomwood, apparently. Bit of a pre-cursor before Blood West, it seems?
Haven't played it yet, only just found out about it recently, but heard its similar.
Also looking into one called "No Sun to Worship", appears Metal Gear-esque.
If you're looking for feudal japanese setting / Tenchu gameplay mechanics & vibes, with stealth, Aragami.
Sidescroller, not FPS, but,
Undead, Stealth, and absolutely Phenomenal Soundtrack are all there.
I didn't consider it at first but The Evil Within 2 has a similar open world/open zone format with stealth/shooter gameplay where you scavenge and look for upgrades among enemies that can very quickly lead to your death. It leans way more into horror and is actually one of the scariest I've ever played, while also having some really fun moments of action.
Every time I hear the soundtrack I am floored by how genius it is. Sometimes I just listen to it. I want to get it on Vinyl lol.
The album commentary was also really interesting.
