Well, I found one in the Chapter 2. Used teleport and expect it will move me to that dead horse Alvaro, but it just move me to the doctors house. What am i doing wrong?

Well, after some googling it looks like i need to find right one... The others will teleport me to the doctors house.

There are skulls that will teleport you to the doctor, but they're not items you can pick up, they're fixed skulls on pedestals that you can interact with as many times as you want.

Their goal is to streamline navigation in chapter 3, to avoid the player having to go back to the doctor on foot after finishing a section of the map.
