Alvaro's Black Raven Skull Missing?

Ok, I know that I've seen this talked about before, but where the heck is the Black Raven Skull that takes you to Alvaro at the top of the Lighthouse in chapter 2? It used to be inside one of the broken-off trees surrounding the Safe Cave, but I have checked all of them (even going out to the little "islands" to check there), but I cannot find it.

This leads me to one of two possible conclusions.

1: There is a bug in the game that prevents the skull from spawning, and it needs to be fixed.

2: Hyperstrange has either removed the skull completely (thus removing the easter egg as well), or moved it's spawn point somewhere else.

If it's spawn point has been moved, can someone please tell me where it is?

There is a achievement for finding the alvaro Easter egg. Im in the same boat I can't find the skull anywhere.

Look in Alvaro topics, it spawns not only on stumps, but in bush near lighthouse and on some hard-to-get cliffs. Find mine after 2 hours )

I was lost too but after some real hard looking for any nook and cravice I found my black raven skull at the farm house that has the poison knife.
I got on top of the house and jumped over to the cliff left of it when you are looking at it from the front and it was just laying there on the ground.
Hope it helps but yeah that is one really really really tricky spot compared to just being stashed between some tree bark.
